Comprehensive DetailsQuiet Time: Quiet Time is from 11:00 PM - 7 AM, in keeping-with the family environment; all occupants are asked to refrain from any loud behavior or disturbances during this period. All music must be turned off during quiet hours. No bicycle riding after dusk. Minors must be on their Site and under direct adult supervision by 10:00 PM.
Speed Limit: For everyone's safety, the speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Please pay attention to directional signage and abide one-way roads. No bicycles or golf carts may be operated during quiet hours.
Golf Cart Rentals: All persons renting a golf cart must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License on their person while driving in the campground. Passengers are limited to the number of seats on the golf cart (4). Golf carts are to be operated in a safe and reasonable manner at all times. Please stay on common roads at all times and observe all posted speed limits. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on golf cart, and driving a golf cart while intoxicated or in an unsafe manner will result in immediate confiscation of the golf cart WITHOUT REFUND. Golf carts may not be driven during quiet hours 11PM-7AM.
Campfires: Live trees are not to be cut for firewood or for any reason whatsoever. All campfires are to be contained in metal fire rings to minimize danger. Campfires are not to be used to burn trash. Campfires are never to be left unattended and must be completely extinguished before retiring for the evening or departing the campground. Do Not burn leaves. Campfire height limit is 24 inches from bottom of pit.
Pets: If you are in a Pet Friendly Cabin, every pet owner is expected to observe the following rules. All pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6’) and under the control of the pet owner at all times. Please dispose of all pet droppings immediately. Pets may not be left unattended. Dog pens are NOT permitted. Pets are not permitted in any public buildings or swim areas. If any pet becomes annoying, bothersome or in any way a nuisance to other campers, said pet must be removed from the premises immediately upon Management’s request. Pine Haven LLC and its affiliates shall be held harmless and assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury. You, as a pet owner, specifically agree to carry your own insurance and agree to indemnify Pine Haven LLC and its affiliates to cover any injury or damage, which may occur.
Alcohol Policy: In keeping with a family environment, excessive use of alcoholic beverages is not tolerated. Violators will be requested to leave the campground without refund. No public intoxication allowed.
Improper Behavior: For the protection and benefit of all campers and guests, anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces the property of another camper or campground property will be held liable for the full value of replacement cost and may be subject to eviction. Possession of firearms, B.B. guns, paint guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, air guns or fireworks on the premises is strictly prohibited. Further, any individual who violates these guidelines, or by their actions or words disturbs the peace, creates conflict, or otherwise creates a situation not in keeping with the family environment, will be engaging in improper behavior and will be instructed to leave the campground.
Parental Responsibility: Please provide proper supervision for your children while in the campground. All children must be under direct adult supervision. Children under 12 years must have adult supervision while in the Pool and Lake Areas and all Common Areas. Parent(s) or Adult(s) will be held responsible for the actions of minors traveling with the registered guest.
Minors must be at their Cabin/Site and under direct adult supervision by 10:00 PM.
Guests: All occupants of a cabin rental are included with the cabin rental purchase. Please see the Camp Office for special situations. Applicable Guest Fees of $12/day apply to non-registered guests. Campers are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Anyone caught sneaking guests into the campground will be fined and may be removed from the campground without refund.
Clotheslines: For the safety of all campers, clotheslines are not permitted. Please visit the guest laundry.
Electricity: Please help conserve electricity, turn off all lights, A/C, and Heaters when leaving the campground for an extended period.
Trash Pick-Up: Please sit bagged trash on front porch by 9AM for daily pickup. Do not dispose of hazardous materials in trash containers. DO NOT place bulk trash in public trash receptacles. Special needs please contact camp office.
Photography: Commercial photography and filming is often conducted at Pine Haven. You may appear in pictures or film that may be used in advertising, news reporting, public relations, or other activities regarding the campground. Your presence on the property constitutes your consent for Pine Haven to use any pictures or films it deems appropriate without payment, inspection, or review.
Swimming Pool & Lake Please abide by the following rules when using the pool/lake:
- All babies/toddlers MUST have swim diapers on. The wearing of regular diapers is NOT permitted.
- No lifeguards on duty; swim at your own risk.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany and stay with all children under the age of 12 while inside the pool area or on the sand area of the lake. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Observe all signs posted.
- Proper bathing attire is required. No cutoffs, belts or sportswear permitted.
- No food or drink or smoking permitted in the enclosed swim area or on sand beach around lake.
- Pool & Lake Hours may fluctuate and/or close without notice.
Miscellaneous Items:
- This is a family campground, persons under the age of 21 will not be allowed to camp without direct adult supervision.
- Any disorderly or disrespectful conduct directed at staff, managers, guests or other campers will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your camping privileges as well as removal from the campground.
- Mini bikes, ATV’s, electric scooters, mopeds, and battery-operated (RC) cars & aircraft are NOT allowed in the campground.
- Bicycle riding after dark is not permitted. Proper helmets are to be worn while riding.
- All campground facilities and events are non-smoking.
- There will be no refunds for early departure whether voluntary or involuntary.
- The use of chainsaws is strictly prohibited
- The use of firearms is strictly prohibited
- The use of fireworks of any kind is strictly prohibited
- Nothing is to be connected to or strung from trees.
- No washing of vehicles.
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:17-7, PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING:
A campground facility owner may remove or cause to be removed from such campground facility any person in the campground facility or portion thereof in violation of the terms of the rental agreement by notifying such person that the campground facility no longer desires to entertain them and requesting that they immediately leave. Such removal shall be construed as eviction. Any person who remains or attempts to remain after being so requested to leave shall be guilty of a disorderly person offense.
A campground owner may remove or cause to be removed by a law enforcement officer any person refusing to pay registration or visitor’s fees or any person who willfully denies other persons their right to quiet enjoyment of the campground facility or any person who violates any local, county or State law.
